Delivery

A flat rate delivery charge £4.95 to a UK address is applicable on each order. The delivery charge remains the same for however many items you purchase. We aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 working days after receiving your order.  We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay. If you have ordered more than one item and in the unlikely event that part of your order is out of stock we will contact you asap to make suitable arrangements.

If you are purchasing for delivery outside of the UK than please contact us via email on littleheffalumpspayments@yahoo.co.uk where we can provide you with an accurate delivery charge.

For some orders a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. If the order cannot be delivered a postcard will be left allowing you to contact the Royal Mail to re-arrange a more convenient delivery time or informing you of the Royal Mail address where your delivery will be held if you wish to collect it. A proof of identity (passport, driving licence or utility bill) will be required by the Royal Mail to enable you to pick up your order.

Refunds

Little Heffalumps' want you to be happy with your purchase, so for peace of mind, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will offer you a full refund. To return your items, please send them to:

Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, nor will any postage costs incurred by returning the item(s) to us. Please enclose a copy of the delivery note with the goods. You will be responsible for any postage charges. All returned (non-faulty) goods must be in their original packaging, with the relevant tags still in place and in a condition that would enable us to sell the item to someone else as new.
